This is great, thank you! Several years ago I wrote a comparable resource on HIPAA business associate contracts for the American Bar Association, The HITECH Business Associate Contracts Bible (2013). It's still fully valid as the regulations haven't changed at that level. I hold the copyright and wonder if there's a way of migrating content to this site, if you're interested?
Additional thanks to David Cohen for a new exemplar relating to exceptions to IP-infringement indemnification (see new Exemplar #C38E-6A). User Larry Brown has also contributed additional term definitions relating to the processing of personal data (see new Exemplars #C4-3A (aggregate data), #C22-1A (personal data), and #C22-28A (security incident). Thanks again to David and Larry!
Thanks to David Cohen at Develop Legal Mindset for a new exemplar regarding SLA response times that prescribes an escalation path. See new Exemplar #67A-7A at Commercial Contracts/SLAs: Service Levels/Response Times.

Amazing resource! Very generous of you to share. Thank you.
WOW. What an amazing resource you've created. THANK YOU for such a great tool!
This has been an amazing resource! Do you have any guidance for subcontracting subcontractor agreements for corps (non-construction)? Thank you!
Amazing resource, Howard! Do you have any guidance on what to do with insurance requirements in contracts or is that outside the scope of the Contract Codex?
This is a gold mine in terms of resource! Thank you! However, I was wondering if we can have exemplars on non-solicitation/non-compete as well?
What an amazing resource. Thank you for sharing!
