Auto-Renewal

The following exemplars allow for the automatic renewal of a fixed initial term of a contract for one or more renewal terms of specified duration, unless one or both of the parties agree to terminate the contract with sufficient notice before the end of the then-current term:

Exemplar C11-1

The term of this Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues for a period of two (2) years (the "Initial Term"). At the end of the Initial Term and any renewal term thereafter, this Agreement will automatically  renew for successive one (1) year periods unless either Party notifies the other party of its intent not to renew this Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the preceding term. (The Initial Term and any subsequent renewal terms are herein collectively referred to as the "Term").

Exemplar C11-2

This Agreement becomes effective upon the date of the last signature and will continue until January 1, 2028 (“Expiration Date”) unless earlier terminated by the parties in accordance with this Section or extended by amendment in writing for a mutually agreed to term. Thereafter, this Agreement will automatically renew for additional one-year terms (each, a “Renewal Term”) unless either party notifies the other party in writing of its intent to terminate the Agreement as of the end of its then current Renewal Term, at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then current Renewal Term.
