So-called “moral rights” apply to copyrightable works and include the right to control how such works are displayed or distributed. Where moral rights are not legally assignable or are otherwise not transferable under applicable law, the author/owner of the works can agree to waive such rights as part of the overall transfer between the parties:

Any assignment of Intellectual Property Rights includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure, and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as "moral rights" ("Moral Rights"). To the extent such Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, to the extent allowed by law, Supplier hereby waives such Moral Rights in favor of Customer and consents to any action of Customer that would violate such Moral Rights in the absence of such consent. To the extent such Moral Rights cannot be assigned or waived under applicable law, Supplier unconditionally and irrevocably grants to Customer an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, fully-paid and royalty-free license, with rights to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicensees, to reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly and digitally perform, and publicly and digitally display by all means now known or later developed, such Moral Rights.

Any assignment by Licensor to Client of copyrights in the Licensed Materials, Derivative Technology and Documentation includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as "moral rights" ("Moral Rights"). To the extent such Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law and to the extent allowed by law, Licensor hereby waives such Moral Rights in favor of Client and consents to any action of Client that would violate such Moral Rights in the absence of such consent.
