Modification: Product Changes
Producers and sellers of products may resist any contractual terms that could be construed as restricting their ability to make changes designed to improve the products. The following exemplars reserve such a right to the seller, provided that any changes to the product do not adversely affect the performance or functionality of the product:
Exemplar C50B-1
Licensor reserves the right to make changes and updates to the functionality and/or documentation of the Licensed Product from time to time without notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the applications of the Licensed Product then in use by Licensee.
Exemplar C50B-2
Vendor may update the Products from time-to-time in its sole discretion but shall not remove a primary function of the Products without providing prior notice to Customer.

In connection with SELLER’s efforts to continually improve the SELLER Applications and Services, SELLER may from time to time develop and make available to SELLER’s clients, free of charge, enhancements, upgrades, updates, improvements, modifications, extensions and other changes to the SELLER Applications, Services and Terms of Service (“Changes”). SELLER shall provide Client reasonable, advance notice of all Changes to the SELLER Applications, Services and Terms of Service in order to, among other things, enable Client to prepare for upcoming releases, learn about new features, and access key information about the SELLER Applications, Services and Terms of Service. IN NO EVENT MAY SELLER MAKE ANY CHANGES THAT MATERIALLY AND ADVERSELY IMPACT CLIENT’S USE OF THE SELLER APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES. Client hereby authorizes SELLER to implement such Changes.
